工作階段
工作時(shí),在噴油泵凸輪軸上的凸輪與柱塞彈簧的作用下,迫使柱塞作上、下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),從而完成泵油任務(wù),泵油過程可分為以下三個(gè)階段。結(jié)論:通過上述討論,得出下列結(jié)論
① 柱塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)總行程L是不變的,由凸輪的升程決定。
② 柱塞每循環(huán)的供油量大小取決于供油行程,供油行程不受凸輪軸控制是可變的。
③ 供油開始時(shí)刻不隨供油行程的變化而變化。
④ 轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)柱塞可改變供油終了時(shí)刻,從而改變供油量。
配流盤有平面配流和球面配流兩種形式。球面配流的磨擦副,在缸體配流面劃痕比較淺時(shí),通過研磨手段修復(fù);缸體配流面溝槽較深時(shí),應(yīng)先采用“表面工程技術(shù)”手段填平溝槽后,再進(jìn)行研磨,不可盲目研磨,,以防銅層變薄或漏油出鋼基。柱塞泵也可用變頻器節(jié)約電能,上海正藝的工程師指出:柱塞泵在實(shí)際過程中,通常運(yùn)行的情況下都是以壓力或流量來調(diào)節(jié)工作狀態(tài)。當(dāng)實(shí)際壓力大于需要壓力時(shí),都是通過溢流閥來調(diào)節(jié),使其工作壓力保持穩(wěn)定讓溢流閥施放超出部分。而電機(jī)一直處于全速運(yùn)行反復(fù)動(dòng)作,功耗不變。當(dāng)采用溢流來調(diào)節(jié)壓力和流量時(shí),有部分的余量溢流回原系統(tǒng),從而造成柱塞泵存在無用功率,工作效率低,若使用創(chuàng)杰節(jié)能變頻器后,溢流閥可定它封閉,通過節(jié)能變頻器本身自動(dòng)調(diào)整工作壓力,保持工作壓力的穩(wěn)定,自動(dòng)追蹤設(shè)備的壓力。實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化控制,從而節(jié)省能耗。這種調(diào)節(jié)方式優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是能降低柱塞泵的運(yùn)行能耗,節(jié)電效果可達(dá)30%以上。
